Pak Arab Housing Scheme

In view of ever increas­ing demand of accom­mo­da­tion, we have acquired a land mea­sur­ing 1,200 Canals at main Fer­ozepur Road, Lahore in the thickly pop­u­lated area at about 3–4 K.M. from Model Town Lahore.
The project is PAK-ARAB Hous­ing Scheme. Lahore Devel­op­ment Author­ity (an agency of the Gov­ern­ment of Pun­jab) has already approved our Hous­ing Scheme. The price will be payable in three quar­terly install­ments for the con­ve­nience of he buyers.

Phase-I of the Pak Arab Hous­ing Scheme has suc­cess­fully been com­pleted over an area of 1200 Kanals land at Fer­ozepur Road, Lahore with dou­ble way road near Gov­ern­ment Gen­eral Hos­pi­tal Lahore.
The scheme has the fol­low­ing ameni­ties to meet the mod­ern day require­ments:

SALES PROCEDURE

Plots will be allot­ted through secret bal­lot­ing by the bank and all deposits will also be received by the bank trans­fer of title deeds of plots will be arranged by the soci­ety itself after clear­ance by the bank.
The allot­tees will also be enti­tled to Hous­ing Build­ing loans from the bank at a min­i­mum markup rate at sin­gle digit repayable in easy install­ment in 5 years.
The facil­ity is required to meet fol­low­ing devel­op­ment costs.
